Super nice place! Tons of character and the management team does an amazing job, everything was very well thought out in terms of providing everything you'd need during your stay! Walkable location to tons of great places. Definitely recommend for anyone coming to Richmond!
Eileen was everything a person could hope for - very clean, spacious, comfortable and airy! Getting away from home and settling into that apartment was like a vacation in and of itself. I can't think of a better place for doing work remotely. All the amenities I could want were within walking distance, especially the food choices! There were plenty of highly rated, top of the line establishments that offered healthy, gourmet dishes. I would have no problem staying at Eileen again the next time I'm in Richmond.
Our stay was amazing. We were in town for a business trip. The booking was easy. The management team was communicative. The place was incredibly clean and supplied with all the basic needs and extras. The unit was new and very nice. The location was amazing we walked to almost everything. I'll definitely stay again when I'm back this way!
Was in Richmond for a wedding. The accommodations at Evelyn were fantastic. There were excellent restaurants for brunch, lunch and dinner within two blocks. Also, a brand new cafe for morning coffee. The balcony for the room was relaxing and overlooks the half way point of the Richmond Marathon. The apartment provides great access to running and biking courses and is near Forest Hill and James River Parks.
We stayed for two nights at the Evelyn in Forest Hills. The apartment is new, spotless, and very comfortable. Convenient parking is included. Full kitchen including coffee for the morning. We will definitely be back, especially given the proximity to our family.
